The location was perfect with beautiful scenery, offering a more intimate experience. The hotel was tastefully modernized with excellent rooms, comfortable beds, and a gorgeous terrace for meals. The gin collection was a nice touch. It served as an excellent base for exploring the natural park and nearby Albula railway.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Had an amazing Christmas getaway with fantastic winter views and a cozy atmosphere. Loved the rooms with memory-foam pillows and comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were very spacious with shower and bathtub. The restaurant and bar served locally-sourced delicious food and drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the honesty bar downstairs.
The WiFi connection could have been better, and some rooms did not have air-conditioning. the prices for drinks and food were a bit steep, and there was a charge to play pool.

The room was cozy and warm, perfect for Xmas. the restaurant had a nice view and we enjoyed the local cuisine. the hotel is located in the middle of the mountains, which is great for skiing enthusiasts. We also appreciated the snowshoe trek offered by the hotel, it was a very nice winter activity to do.
The service was poor, we had to wait a long time for the staff to come to our table. the breakfast was very plain and there were not enough options.
